Aligned Beginnings marks the return of the original JAMÉA EXCLUSIVE concept — the experience that laid the foundation of our retreats 🤍

Designed to begin the new year with clarity, intention and connection, this sunset experience invites you to realign body, breath and mind on the water, as the Dubai skyline softens into evening light 🌊🌅

On January 3rd, from 4–8 PM, guests are guided through an energising Yogalates session, followed by IMD Breathwork and an optional ice bath to reset the nervous system and cultivate inner strength ❄️🧘‍♀️

The experience flows into conscious networking, accompanied by light bites and curated drinks, creating space for meaningful conversations in a refined, calm atmosphere 🥂✨
